  • Lead recruitment projects for specialist and middle management positions.
  • Overseeing onboarding & offboarding processes.
  • Ensuring effective and engaging internal communication, including development of communication tools.
  • Building and maintaining a positive employer branding inside and outside the organization.
  • Organization of integration meetings.
  • Active participation in HR projects.

  • Min. 3 years of experience in HR in an independent position.
  • Experience in conducting complex processes : recruitment, internal communication and implementation of EB campaigns.
  • Ability to find yourself in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Ability to organize own work.
  • High communication standards.
  • Driving license.
  • Knowledge of English on a communicative level.
