The Opportunity

As Process Excellence Manager your role will be to oversee GBS Commercial Performance across commercial capabilities for one of our Hubs and harmonize initiatives and strategies with Commercial Leads to identify opportunities for performance improvements.

Success in the role depends on your ability to drive the Digital / automation strategy throughout GBS Commercial organization, Lean Six Sigma training , design thinking and continuous improvement of Commercial Capabilities / processes to maximize productivity and value creation to the Business.

This role is also the Owner of the Relationship between Commercial Sales and the Digital Factory within GBS.

Your Impact

  • Oversee Commercial Sales organization’s ongoing operations metrics / performance and provides support / stewardship.
  • Provide long term view on automation / digitization opportunities based on global benchmarks to explore new solutions and build next generation capabilities.
  • Works with Capability Leads and Commercial Sales Leads on improvement strategies, digitization plans and setting team goals.
  • Define Governance and Operating Models including the appropriate course of action for issue resolution.
  • Leads Commercial Sales Visual Management process and initiatives supporting Commercial Sales with the correct design and deployment.
  • Define and provide standard and ad-hoc operational, tactical and strategic reports to the business.
  • Drive and Leads Continuous Improvement strategy for key capabilities and throughout the Commercial Sales organization based on performance analysis and trending problematic areas.
  • Apply a broad and deep knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodology to solve multidisciplinary or multi-functional / process problems.
  • Serves as digital automation center of excellence for Commercial Sales, working hand in hand with the Digital Factory team to provide automation solutions and help deliver their cost reduction targets identifying automation opportunities.
  • Develops a portfolio of Automation Tools & Best Practices to facilitate process automation and push prioritization based on benefit.
  • Ensure Commercial Sales achieves Productivity (BC & VR) targets.
  • Support global cross functional initiatives and training plans to improve internal processes.
  • Qualifications / Requirements

    Are you Ready?

    For the ideal candidate to make an impact in this role, she or he will need :

  • 5-7 years of Commercial experience including people management.
  • Black Belt / Green Belt Certified (Demonstrated application of Lean Six Sigma methodology and tools) as nice to have.
  • Disruptive technologies and strong experience in Digital implementation (RPAs, AI, ML).
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, Project Management, Visio, etc.).
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Engineering.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and priority setting skill, initiative and ability to work in a dynamic, self-directed environment.
  • Outstanding project management skills, business acumen and negotiation capabilities, attentiveness to quality and productivity.
  • Strong leadership, organizing and planning skills and confidence to discuss high priority issues with Senior stakeholders within GBS and Business.
  • Ability to collaborate remotely across multiple Sectors / Markets and Capability Groups.
  • Relocation Eligible : Eligible for Limited Relocation
