Your tasks

  • Works on assignments dealing with the routine and daily operation, use, and configuration of the Sonova Learning LMS.Acquires and maintains knowledge of current technology as it applies to LMS software and systems.
  • Acts as an internal consultant by analyzing data and recommending solutions to utilize the LMS to deliver, track training and measure performance to meet objectives
  • Creates and updates resources to train and support learners on how to use the technology for online and professional development.
  • Works with vendor service provider to maintain site and notify stakeholders of technology updates and maintenance needs
  • Publishes and archives learning solutions, assigns training curricula, and adds and deletes resources
  • Develops and updates standardized tools and reporting for ongoing access to learning information; generates standard and custom reports
  • Creates and manages the overall course structure and sets up course programs in the system based on specifications from the instructional designer
  • Survey regular feedback on User Experience (UEx) for system, content, process
  • Provides troubleshooting assistance for users regarding logging in to the LMS and accessing courses
  • Works with the training content owners, super users, and service provider to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to accessing the LMS and course content.
  • Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (IT, BA)
  • MS Office Suite
  • Learning Management Systems (preferably Moodle or Totara LMS)Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an LMS administrator or in similar position
  • Coursework and / or certifications relating to learning management system administration preferred
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • A focused coordinator demonstrably organized and efficient
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with others at all levels of the organization as well as external stakeholders
  • Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate complex technical concepts in layman’s terms
  • Lead communication and alignment on project basis
  • Assertiveness, goal-oriented, alert, see bigger picture
  • Working knowledge of multiple web design technologies, such as HTML will be plus
  • Familiar with HR Sync, R Systems, Active Directory
  • Fluent in English Polish (oral and written) a must, and German a plus
