Currently, it supports over one million customers all over the world, offering a wide range of products and services. Due to the constant development of the company, we are looking for people for the position of Customer Service Agent with Czech language .

The person in this position will be responsible for managing the database, contacting clients to provide information about products, help in solving problems or professional advice.

In the Candidates we pay attention to :

  • Very good knowledge of the Czech language
  • Good knowledge of English.
  • Availability to work full-time.
  • High personal culture and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in customer service and SAP system
  • Interest in the technical area (electronics, automation).
  • Communicability, good organization of work, conscientiousness.
