The Team Leader Business Insight will be responsible for supporting the Head of Business Insight in managing and coaching the Business Insight teams, looking after Customer MI Reporting.
For managing and leading performance, coaching, mentoring and developing the team to produce a highly consistent service to our customers.
A sound understanding of all Iron Mountain products together with an in-depth commercial awareness, whilst aspiring to deliver a world class service.
Key Accountabilities :
To Coach and Develop Specialists and Senior Specialists responsible for Customer Reporting, KPI reports, Sales Validation and Business Metrics.
Quality monitoring the customer service and report these results to the team member in a constructive manner
Support to staff and managers
Assisting the BI manager in target setting and achievement them
To manage performance and track deliverables against short and longer term objectives.
Deputising for BI Manager as required.
To actively identify and escalate trends across all products affecting the UK business.
To analysis processes to drive improvement across the UKI business
To take care our systems will be kept fully up to date, and aligned, with any changes to customer information.
Occasional travel throughout Europe and UK
Knowledge / Skills / Experience :
At least 2 years proven work experience at relevant role
Excellent knowledge of Excel
Feeling comfortable to learn new systems & tools
Experience in using databases and be able to analytic them
Knowledge about professional service of client
Resistance to stress
Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize own work
Team player, easily adapting to changing circumstances
Very good communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable and self-driven, customer focused, delivering high quality results
Fluent English level written and spoken
Good understanding trends in archivistics area would be welcome
