We are looking for experienced Source-to-Pay (S2P) Process & System Owner to be a part of realizing Lundbeck GBS digital ambition.

As a Global Process & System owner for Lundbeck you will execute on Lundbeck Group S2P Strategy, overseeing and owning end-to-end Lundbeck S2P processes and systems.

You will play pivotal role in transforming S2P cycle by integrating upstream and downstream optimization efforts, securing adoption of S2P business processes, improving customer satisfaction, operational efficiency and optimizing risk strategies.

You will own S2P systems (Ariba, VIM, Concur) and be responsible for their best adoption, continual optimization, up-to-dateness with business needs and development towards recent technology trends.

Meet the team

Digital Transformation Team is anchored within Process Excellence Team in Lundbeck GBS. It will focus on the digitalization, further adoption of existing solutions as well as new, innovative and breakthrough technologies.

The team will consist of Digitalization Experts of Accounting-to-Reporting and Source-to-Pay areas. The process ownership for Accounting to Reporting and Source to Pay processes will be placed within this team too, to strengthen the link between global process design and standards on the one hand, and the future improvements and radical changes to the processes and systems on the other.

Digital Transformation Team will very closely collaborate with Agile Transformation Team to synergize on accelerating the successful implementations.

  • Executes on Group Procurement Strategy as defined by VP Group Procurement
  • Oversees end-to-end source-to-pay process globally.
  • Designs, re-designs the process and defines its success criteria through KPIs
  • Continually Improves end-to-end process, leverage technology, provide a standardized service, and improve collaboration across.
  • Owns, implement and develop procurement business processes including source to contract and procurement to payment
  • Owns end-to-end processes design, including process, data and technology, looking broadly to design one group-wide standards
  • Draw on the external industry leading practices; compare Lundbeck performance with external industry benchmarks to understand where opportunities exist.
  • Partner with Group Finance, Group Procurement, Corporate IT, GBS, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and priorities impacting the A2R process
  • Pursues and decides on S2P systems updates / releases
  • Drives implementation, adoption and compliance of process and technology
  • To be successful in this role, your experience should include

  • Subject matter expertise in end-to-end Source-to-Pay processes and relevant technology
  • A passion for S2P service delivery, operations and technologies in a global environment
  • Relevant experience as a Senior Operations Leader in a global environment would be an asset
  • Expert knowledge and hands on functional experience in ERP, Source-To-Contract (S2C) and Purchase-To-Pay (P2P) processes, platforms (e.
  • g. Ariba, Concur) and reporting

  • High Education degree
  • Strong verbal and written communications and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in a world class, high growth and fast paced environment.
  • Understanding of, and ideally experience of Agile methodology principles and ways of working
  • Good understanding of technology enabled business, organizational and enterprise-level IT / digital transformation
