We are operating from 50+ Studios located across 4 continents and 20 countries.

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced LQA Manager to join our new LQA department in Katowice office.


  • The LQA Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of LQA operations and project management team;
  • focusing on accomplishment of department objectives by managing LQA talent; organizing and monitoring work processes.


  • Supports the design of relevant strategies and missions for the service line in the studio.
  • Reviews and implements policies, systems, procedures and processes in collaboration with LQA management.
  • Coordinates and delegates work and action items efficiently
  • Manages our talent in the studio, guides and supports them to level up and grow by developing personal growth opportunities.
  • Oversees and organizes operational logistics such as talent, hardware and space constraints.
  • Handles daily issues and concerns from our local talent, and plays a proactive role in solving problems with the team.
  • Maintains a safe and healthy work environment and actively drives continuous improvement.
  • Controls financial performance
  • Provides quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards.
  • Maintains professional knowledge and growth by attending educational workshops / courses
  • Engages with HR, finance, IT, and other support functions to build the best platform for LQA team.
  • Represents the service line to clients in the region and encourages collaboration with other studios.
  • Requirements

  • Knowledge of Localization QA service and process.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Excellent written, verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
  • Very strong emotional intelligence and awareness.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Public speaking and presentation.
  • Project management and efficient delegation.
  • Problem solving attitude with experience in working in a dynamic and fast growing / changing environment
  • Self-development and fostering teamwork.
  • Staffing and performance management.
  • Financial tracking, reporting and review.
  • Quality management, giving and receiving feedback.
  • Talent growth through training, mentoring and coaching.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as LQA Project Manager.
  • Ready to work in a studio located in Katowice, Poland.
