We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales and Marketing Intern to join our sales and marketing department and provide creative ideas to help achieve our goals.

You will have administrative duties in developing and implementing marketing strategies. You will assist in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives .

As an intern, you will collaborate with our marketing and advertising team in all stages of marketing campaigns. Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand and maintain our marketing channels.

As a member of our Sales Team you will also take part in the process of customer acquisition and learn how to effectively establish and maintain a customer relationship.

This internship will help you acquire marketing and sales skills and provide you with knowledge of various marketing strategies.

Last but not least - you will also be introduced to newest and useful sales and marketing tools. This involves CRM tools (Pipedrive), marketing and sales automation (Autopilot), lead generation (Prospect.

io), scheduling and communication (Calendly, Mattermost), project management (Active Collab or Panda Doc).

Responsibilities

  • Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Help to understand customer needs and requirements
  • Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks
  • Actively assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities in social media (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube), direct mail and web, press & media publications.
  • Prepare promotional presentations
  • Help distribute marketing materials
  • Manage and update the company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)
  • Requirements

  • Strong desire to learn along with the professional drive
  • Solid understanding of different marketing techniques
  • Good phone presence and will to gain experience in dialling many calls per day
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Familiarity with marketing computer software and online applications (e.g. CRM tools, Online analytics and Google Adwords)
  • Passion for the marketing and sales industries and its best practices
