As an you will have Ownership of the financial processes such as Planning / Forecasting, Reporting, C&B, Accounting processes, Investment, Productivity tracking.
This role is part of the IT Finance Europe team as well as part of Krakow Business Services and interacts mainly with local Finance FP&A Managers and Directors, local Procurement, Controllership, HR, Sector IT Lead, IT CTO Director, PMO Sr Manager and other IT team members.
Work closely with Function Finance Managers, HR BP and Control to build out the entire IT HQ C&B model for all forecasting cycles and AOP along with monthly reporting planning data sets, analyze and develop solutions.
Coordinate action plans in response to findings, adapting modelling to enhance forecast accuracy.
Ensure timely and accurate analysis with focus on forecast accuracy to avoid surprises.
Support FFM of IT HQ Function with data loads and consolidation in Cognos and the resulting data. Support in month end closing, extract actuals from the systems (SAP, Alteryx, etc) and support in analyzing.
Ownership of HC template to ensure proper forecast reporting and tracking / validating actual C&B costs and other related topics.
Provide required data and analysis for senior leadership review. Prepare basis for COC analysis and functional reviews for HQ BU CFO.
Qualifications / Requirements
University degree (or equivalent) in finance, accounting, or economics.
3+ years hands-on experience in different areas of finance (FP&A, audit, cost accounting).
Fluent spoken and written in English.
Excellent command of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint applications.
Knowledge of Mosaic (TM1) / Cockpit (Tableau).
Knowledge of SAP.
Strong analytical skills, business curiosity, accuracy, and self-discipline.
