Job Profile Summary

  • Facilitates training sessions for Warehouse Management products to our customers and internal associates either at a customer site, BY training location or via virtual classroom.
  • Works with the Education Team to ensure on time and efficient delivery of educational offerings.
  • Solicits feedback from training session participants and adjusts delivery accordingly.
  • Conducts necessary customer discovery and pre-work to insure customer expectations are met.
  • Communicates with appropriate Education Services team members on specific content issues.
  • Escalates issues that may have negative scheduling or financial impact to the appropriate Education Services team member.
  • Discusses additional educational offerings with customers to promote training and build revenue.
  • Directs customer requests for information, customer billing queries and customer feedback to the appropriate JDA business groups.
  • Seeks out and engages in opportunities to learn new products and deliver new content.
  • Uses appropriate presentation style and effectively communicates information using all tools and media available (E-learning, animations, software simulations, digital video, etc.).
  • Understands Adult Learning Theories and employs techniques that provide a positive learning experience for the adult learner.
  • Acts as subject matter expert in support of content and virtual environment development, as needed.
  • Identifies additional training, tools or software to improve productivity.
  • Keeps individual expenses within budget.
  • Returns required paperwork as needed for revenue recognition.
  • Conducts oneself in a professional manner at all times with BY customers and internal associates.
  • Responsible for achieving assigned revenue goals, LMS course evaluation return rate goals, and development goals.
  • Responsible for managing communications and taking initiative to stay informed on announcements, policy changes, and deadlines.
  • Education

  • Associate’s Degree or equivalent, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Experience

  • 3-5 years training delivery experience or equivalent related experience
  • Experience in creating and delivering standard training courseware
  • Basic knowledge of eLearning and content development tools
  • 1-2 years project management experience
  • Intermediate to Expert level experience with 1-2 JDA solutions or similar industry solutions
  • Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Applications
  • Basic knowledge of business finance
