Koch Global Services (KGS) is looking for a Compensation & Benefits Analyst - EMEA to join the Global Total Rewards team at our Katowice office.

As a Compensation & Benefits Analyst you will support Koch’s HR and Business leaders to provide compensation and benefits that are valued by Koch’s employees, competitive in the market and enable Koch to attract and retain the right talent.

What You Will Do In Your Role

  • Build and manage mutually beneficiary relationships with HR Business Partners and business leaders.
  • Act as a steward of the Koch compensation philosophy; advancing the understanding and application of the Market Based Management compensation principles & practices.
  • Build a global knowledge network with HR Business Partners, (external) SME's, business leaders and supervisors to leverage local knowledge and expertise.
  • Provide compensation & benefits analysis and insights that help inform decision makers and drive profitable business strategies.
  • Research and share labor market trends point of view across the Koch enterprise.
  • Review and analyze employee benefits offerings against the market and recommend adjustments to the business that are profitable and practical.
  • Work on EMEA Compensation market survey data survey submissions, analysis and education.
  • Ensure timely and compliant renewals of employee benefits insurance policies, in collaboration with broker partners.
  • Identify opportunities for employee benefits vendors appointment consolidation, harmonization using economic thinking, and lead identified efforts.
  • The Experience You Will Bring

    Requirements :

  • 2+ years of exposure to Compensation & Benefits activities; HR and / or payroll experience is beneficiary.
  • Knowledge of compensation & benefits rules / regulations for the EMEA region.
  • Fluency in one or more European languages is a plus.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills; Advanced Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Good understanding of HRIS systems is desired.
  • Effective oral and written communication; listening and influencing skills.
  • BA Degree required, MA a plus.
  • Knowledge and / or aptitude to learn EU compliance / employment laws and practices.
