Technical Support Specialist, with Slovenian language - possibility of remote working

Tasks on the position :
Providing professional service to individual customers
Ability to build and maintain positive relations with external customers
Communication skills such as chat, email, phone.
Ongoing assistance with technical advice
Escalating issues to second line support (where appropriate, when it is not possible to resolve the issue from your level)
Caring for positive relationships and contact with the customer
Requirements for candidates :
knowledge of English and Slovenian required (b2 / c1- level required)
important : knowledge of languages, must be able to communicate freely in the languages mentioned above)
the ability to hold conversations in written and oral form
availability to work full time (5 times a week, 8 hours each)
highly developed interpersonal skills and personal culture
