Tasks :

  • Personaladministration : preparing requested documents (work contract, annexes - changesof position, wage, etc) to ensure timely and accurate delivery, including inputof data into computerized payroll systems, maintaining related records,processing and control;
  • Processingrequested labour, employees and payroll statements;
  • Gainsmanagement / colleague support to meet customer needs;
  • GSNsystem (or other similar) : administration of the customer's requests, assigningtickets, solving tickets. Take care and check if all tickets are assigned andproceeds;
  • Recordingdata in the payroll / personnal / attandance system. Manitain this data;
  • Administrationof employee benefits and offers (Cafetreria, supplementary insurance,Multisport;
  • Consultantservice in the area of the labour code and other related regulation;
  • Oracleaccounts support
  • Followsstandard operating procedures, process improvements, and internal controls toensure compliance with all local / state / federal and company policies,procedures, and regulations;
  • Maintainsconfidentiality of employee and company data. Archives personal files, data,records in compliance with the law.
