Axis Poland is ready to welcome Key Account Manager in its team. This role will be part of the Eastern Europe division and report directly to the Sales Manager of PUB region (Poland, Ukraine & Baltics).

The person will mainly operate on the territory of Poland to insure the growth of Axis on this market.

The KAM PL will mainly focus on growing business with our Solution Partners and at the same time will be responsible for business development to increase our presence in different market areas.

This position will require a unique set of skills both technical and sales alike. Communication with different departments within Axis Globally including sales, business development, marketing and technical teams will be a part of a daily job.

As our Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for executing the sales strategy for the different market segments together with Axis Partners and develop the Axis local value proposition to the target end customers.

Traveling within the region and to Axis HQ and Eastern Europe events will be a natural part of the job.

We believe that success in this position is linked to an at least 5 years’ working experience of a 2-tier channel to market and sales experience in the IT industry, preferably in the distribution or reseller market.

We furthermore believe you have / are :

  • Self-driven team player that is pro-active and takes the initiative
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Structured approach to work, excellent organization and prioritization skills is a must.
  • Experience working with indirect sales, preferably in a technical sales position from the IT or Security industry
  • Able to function efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Open to learn new things and improve all the skills necessary in this position
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Able to travel, approximately 50% of the role involves travel

  • Develop clear business plans for the selected accounts
  • Set annual targets on each account and continuously follow up on KPI’s on these
  • Actively participate in trade shows, seminars, webinars and other promotional sales activities
  • Work closely with the system integrators and train them to develop the project pipeline and win projects
  • Prepare sales reports for new and existing projects
  • Develop the business in defined areas & directions
