Your responsibilities

  • Monitoring and handling Field Service Engineer schedule
  • Preparing and providing Quotes for End User Customers
  • Maintaining contact with End User Customers
  • Opening incident cases to ensure problem solving and customer satisfaction
  • Receiving POs from customer and Service Engineers for spare parts
  • Processing POs in the system which ends with an automatic request to the transportation department
  • Managing customers queries for spare parts such as price requests or follow-up on PO status
  • Mantaining strict schedule of Planned Maintences for Health Care Systems
  • Our requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Very good English and Romanian
  • Professional experience in fields related to customer service or supply chain or accounting operations would be an asset
  • Comprehensive PC skills, knowledge of Excel, SAP / Salesforce would be an advantage
  • The problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify improvement opportunities
  • Interpersonal skills required in interactions with internal and external customers
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good organizational skills and aptitude for details
  • Cultural awareness when communicating with stakeholders from various countries
