The Civil Works Inspector QA / QC shall ensure the fulfilment of Project Quality Program requirements for specific areas of responsibility and monitor the quality of works performed. Other functions are :
Control the SUBCONTRACTOR Quality team performs / issues the quality requirements for the specific activities
Monitoring of adequate implementation and performance of Inspection and Tests Plans (ITPL) by SUBCONTRACTOR
Maintain the record of inspections performed and ensure a proper storage and properly filling of associated documentation produced
Carry our periodic inspections ( surveillance ) in the areas where construction works are being carried out to detect possible deviations and establish the appropriate actions for its resolution
Monitor the development and progress of the Subcontractor’s quality activities
Verify that the measuring equipment used is tested / calibrated as applicable and that they have the relevant evidence
Ensure that SUBCONTRACTOR QC Inspectors are issuing RFI as per approved ITPL
Coordinate the development of inspections with ORDERING PARTY and third party when applicable
Maintain up-to-date status on tests and inspections performed
Issue Non-Conformities Reports (NCR)
Monitoring and verification of Corrective Actions applied (CA)
Obtain from SUBCONTRACTORS all the certificates and inspection record files required
Verify the documents for completeness and initiate corrective actions of special processes (where applicable)
Monitor the preparation and traceability of EOMR (End of Manufacturing Report) equivalent to Final Quality Dossier
Inspect materials and equipment when the Warehouse Manager detects that there are damages, both at the reception and during their stay in the warehouse, preparing the relevant inspection report and issuing the non-conformity (is applicable)
Verify that materials meet the necessary quality criteria and maintain the required traceability
Experience in supervising quality of works in Poland is required
Experience in the construction of gas and steam units, combined heat and power plants, boiler rooms or energy projects, including covered and foundation works
Knowledge of English
A construction license is not required
