  • Deal with all types of customers’ queries and disputes within the role
  • Ensure complaints / requests sent via systems are cleared timely and that no unmatched item remains open
  • Handle day-to-day activities and cooperates closely, when necessary, with customer service representatives, salesmen, Accounts Receivables and managers to ensure on time’ resolution
  • Communicate mainly in writing with customers and the Client in a professional manner
  • Co-operation and supports to all team members
  • Before you start our induction training we will check if you :

  • are open to start international career
  • have strong analytical skills
  • speak very good Dutch (B2 level) and English (B2 level)
  • We don’t require professional experience. You will be working in international environment where willingness of learning new things is supported by wide range of trainings and courses which are designed to improve your skills and abilities.
