The role of digital communication marketing team is to create and implement strategic communication plans and campaigns that support the business’ priorities and to build and protect MBAFC / MBLC brand and reputation.
As a key member of the team, the digital communications manager is responsible for the implementation of agreed programs to support Agility and Retention growth to achieve business ambition via sector marketing programs and activity.
Lead, align and execute annual retention marketing and digital communication strategy from planning to execution.
Create, write, and edit compelling copy aligned with our communications priorities.
Utilize, improve, and develop effective tools and processes for planning, delivering, and measuring digital media content.
Use analytics to evaluate effectiveness of communications efforts and recommend strategies for improvement. Leverage data-
driven insights to guide our digital communications strategy.
Work to not just stay current, but ahead of the curve in digital communications trends and incorporate progressive approaches to ensure our communications program is reaching target audiences
Work closely with regional and brand partner’s teams to ensure coherence and continuity on communication engagement.
Minimum of 5 years working experience in marketing communications. The background with social media communication or content marketing is preferred.
Thinks outside normal limits, takes unusual perspectives and challenges traditional thinking.
Acts as team player while demonstrating a highly professional demeanor with individuals.
Demonstrated expert knowledge of wide range of current, cutting edge digital and social media communications platforms and techniques, with proven experience incorporating these into strategic campaigns.
Enthusiasm for digital communications and the current digital media landscape, particularly as related to best practices in publishing WeChat, Weibo, web-
based news, and other new or leading-edge applicants of technology to delivery of news and associated content.
Ability to turn-around a high volume of editorial work quickly and consistently. Ability to present information in a clear and compelling manner.
Strong writing, editing and creative production experience including long form and short form infographics, animations and videos.
Self- motivated. Displays drive and determination
Good written and spoken English
