What is theFrance-Benelux Sales Operations team responsible for?
The France-Benelux Sales Operations team was created in January2018 to regroup sales support and internal sales activities for the 4 countries France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg meaning in high level summary,all distribution efforts that are not handled directly by the external sales team orthe marketing and communication team.
Ourclients are all professional investors (fund buyers, fund sellers, assetowners, gatekeepers and investment consultants).
Theteam services our existing clients to maintain Assets Under Management throughunderstanding their needs and ensuring we are meeting these.
What arethe ongoing responsibilities for the Sales Support Associate?
ClientService for France and Benelux clients
Supportclients by understanding client needs and managing service deliveryexpectations
Actas the clients’ point of contact for operational and administrative clientquestions, navigate the organization to ensure all client enquiries areanswered in an accurate, timely and complete manner
Respondto simple email inquiries from clients about our firm and products
Shareresponsibility with other team members of ensuring ongoing client reportingtasks are done in a timely and accurate manner
Followclient investment orders and liaise with Transfer Agency to clarify issues whenneeded
Coordinatethe Institutional DDQ process when needed, to ensure timely and accuratecompletion of standard DDQs for existing clients
Actas the clients' advocate in interactions with other internal business units
OperationalSupport for France and Benelux sales and marketing teams
Maintainup-to-date, accurate client information and logs of client contacts in thecompany’s CRM tool
Keepup-to-date records of distribution agreements and other legal documentation, incollaboration with Legal department
Fulfilsales compliance duties in relation to client reporting (e.g. maintain log ofnecessary client related expenses with regards to anti-bribery policies)
Supportthe France & Benelux management team on administrative and reporting tasks(track sales activity and results, update reports of sales opportunities,provide support for management reports)
Leadand participate in France & Benelux Business Administration project work asrequired : examples include CRM related projects, internal procedures andtraining review, regulatory change projects
BackUp for Internal Wholesaler Tasks
Conductoutbound calls as per the agreed plan with Sales team and manager; to helpexternal sales colleagues meet targets by contact, ensure good turnout toFranklin Templeton events and initiate new relationships
Understandour sales process stages and client dialogue framework to participate in oursales efforts in a more active way
Proactivelycontact clients to supply them with sales & marketing information pre- orpost- sales activity, based on a predefined sales pitch / brief
