As an ICS Sales Desk Representative, Associate you will be managing processes to support agreements between Infor Consulting Services and our existing customers.
The ICS Sales Desk is responsible for smaller and less complex transactions.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Prepare Contracts for ICS projects, and build productive relationships and feedback loops with Legal, Finance, Sales and Product teams to drive agreement efficiencies and facilitate deal closure
Demonstrate a solid approach to the sales process with creativity and vision
Comply with all company processes and tools used to record and track opportunities and orders and report progress
Ensure compliance with published Pricing, Sales and Business Approval policies
Build on customer relationships, gain commitment and ensure that all customer requirements are identified and met
Serve as a trusted advisor to internal Sales with regards to process and pricing requirements
Work on being in line with standard Sales Desk process and adjusting to specifics of the French market
Desired Skills & Experience
Fluent French in speech and writing, with English as a strong second language. Any additional European language is considered a benefit
Bachelor’s Degree or similar required, technical discipline preferred
Services and / or Sales Background Experience preferred
Excellent communication, organizational and planning skills
MS-Office suite and various other software applications used as required
Customer-oriented and reliable approach
Strong teaming skills and demonstration of proactive leadership
Ability to develop senior level business relationship
