The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As RTR Senior Analyst- Projects&Assets you will be responsible for processing financial transactions and performing reconciliation tasks.

Here, you will make an impact by :

Creating capital investments and fixed assets, implementing all assets’ changes, expenditures and disposals based on required documentation from Local Finance team

Performing reconciliation of balance sheet accounts for SOX and Non-SOX countries independently

Performing standard Month End Closing activities for SOX and Non-SOX countries independently

Performing Projects & Assets balances review, follow-up on open items

Coordinates and drives issues resolving with country local finance team

Took part in internal and external audits with resolution of audit queries and documentation preparation for SOX controls

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

3-5 years of equivalent work experience in Accounts & Finance / RTR Team

Fluent English; Written and Verbal

Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Working knowledge of SAP / Oracle systems
