Your field of responsibility

Join us as a (Junior) Specialist focusing on the review of marketing materials for compliance with the regulatory regimes of Switzerland and other jurisdictions in the EMEA and APAC regions.

In this role, you provide daily support to several Credit Suisse divisions to ensure compliance with financial promotions regulations and liaise with Compliance and General Counsel colleagues to manage and resolve compliance challenges arising in connection with marketing materials.

You analyze product and non-product related marketing materials, advise on disclaimers, maintain accurate records and statistics, and support / manage projects related to the team’s Book of Work.

Your skills and experience

We are looking for :

  • Proficiency in English; one of the following languages is an advantage : German, French, Italian or Spanish (business standard - written and spoken).
  • Proven experience in a similar role would be a huge asset.
  • University degree in Law, Finance / Banking or a related field.
  • Detailed understanding of the complexity of financial services and its regulatory environment.
  • Knowledge of financial products and investment vehicles.
  • Ability to manage work well under pressure and independently.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and organization skills.
  • Results-oriented and a great teammate who is passionate about learning new things.
