Your responsibilities

At first you will introduce new CRM ecosystem to J&J Consumer Poland with the support of chosen suppliers.

You will focus on project management of which right change management plays a crucial role.

Your goal will be then to develop, drive and manage marketing automation campaigns dedicated to HCPs along with proposing sales excellence inputs that will prioritize a list of activities in line with available capacity & strategies.

In this role you strive to reduce admin & non-selling activities of sales reps / KAMs / KASes by clear defining roles and responsibilities & processes supported by modern tools and systems.

Remember you are not alone. You will be closely cooperating with Business Intelligence, Sales & Marketing Teams.

The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have :

  • Introducing new CRM omnichannel system into JJ Consumer Poland
  • Planning & Running marketing automation campaigns dedicated to HCP
  • Managing quality and consistency of data
  • Spotting ways to improve the usage of the CRM
  • Customizing and pulling reports from the CRM
  • Conducting training and workshops with sales representatives and CRM users
  • Managing licenses, granting accesses, updating and maintaining stakeholder records within the CRM system
  • Solving CRM issues in the organization
  • Creating new processes and implementing them in the CRM system
  • Our requirements

  • Experience in developing & managing CRM ecosystems (min 2 years)
  • Experience in digital marketing including marketing automation
  • Ability to figure out how to improve & integrate the current CRM in cooperation with chosen suppliers
  • Organizational skills
  • Collaboration and patience to serve as the bridge between different teams / suppliers
  • Communication & presentation skills that allow them to train others on CRM software
  • Attention to detail, to manage the integrity of the CRM data
  • Good problem-solving abilities and excellent communication
  • Creating new processes and implementing them in the CRM system
