Managing process for industrialization of electronic devices by coordinating of PCB, PCBA, enclosures production ramp up, assuring quality, coordinating firmware releases, user acceptance testing and hardware certifications.
Conduct and implement Design for Manufacturing (DFM) feedback into our design
Accountable for supplier audits to ensure their ability to meet part performance, delivery, and reliability expectations.
Be responsible for certifying product for market release according to given requirements.
Assure overall quality of product by managing process of acceptance testing
Design experiments and conduct research according to best practices in order to bring scientific judgment into product validation
Use laboratory equipment needed for electronic tests and manufacturing.
Work in a global team, share knowledge and experience with other team members, cooperate with 3rd parties, cooperate with local and global certification agencies and laboratories
MSc degree in Electronics Design, Automation, Manufacturing or equivalent
6+ years of professional experience in product industrialization, preferably for mass production of electronic devices
Professional experience with production of high speed PCBA, multilayers PCB and BGA components
Professional experience with RF communication, MEMS sensors like accelerometers, magnetometers
Deep knowledge and practical experience with coordination of certification for different geographical locations of electronic devices for such certifications as : CE, FCC, Bluetooth, ATEX, ExClass.
Proficiency in quality standards, vendor audits and running root-cause analysis for failures in electronic devices.
Professional experience with battery operated devices
Fluency in spoken and written English
Experience and know-how of condition monitoring of electric motors will be a strong advantage
