Responsibilities :

  • Monitoring and responding quickly to incoming requests related to IT issues (help desk).
  • Providing (creating, deleting) access to different IT systems.
  • Assisting with onboarding of new users.
  • Ticketing system supporting.
  • Developing and compliance with IT guidelines and rules.
  • Keeping an inventory of all equipment, software, and license users.
  • Monitoring of payments for IT systems, renewing and canceling licenses.
  • Creating and managing VMs and servers.
  • Configuration of the client’s network / machines.
  • Analyzing security logs.
  • Modifying the website to a small extent (vue.js, go).
  • Managing hardware - purchases, upgrades, and configurations, getting the setup ready data, security management.
  • Making Back-ups.
  • Requirements :

  • English level - min B2.
  • Response time - help desk - up to 2hrs max during regular working hours - to be discussed e.g. 10 : 00-18 : 00 - 95% of the time.
