Purpose of the position
The position is support to MacGregor Global Product Service Center (GPSC) in Gdańsk, Poland.
As a claim Coordinator you will be responsible for developing, optimizing and updating a system for Claims on a shared folder for GPSC and all incoming internal and external claims.
In your daily duties you will be also responsible for managing the claims within the system, coordinating and address all claims to the right departments / team or persons depending on the owner and reason for claim.
You will be cooperating and address claims and warranty issues to the right persons / departments within MacGregor - Branches, Technical team, Purchase or sales team.
Additionally, you will be a support for invoicing team regarding the billing process if needed.
