Who are we looking for?

Candidate’s profile

If you are :

  • Able to socialize ideas, make recommendations, and gather team consensus to solve problems and support in prepare prototypes for proposed solutions,
  • Self-starter focused on innovation and development of new skills,
  • Open to travel and temporarily work abroad (about 20 %)
  • And you have :

  • Excellent knowledge and experience in Microsoft 365 products :
  • System Center Configuration Manager (Microsoft Endpoint Manager),

    or Intune, or Office 365,

  • Experience in architecture and design of Windows OS migrations, or overall desktop engineering solutions,
  • Experience working in large implementation projects :
  • SCCM or Intune setting up and / or administering

    Windows 7 or Windows 10 migration projects

    Image Engineering and Deployment via SCCM / MDT

    Desirable :

  • Microsoft 365 Certified : Enterprise Administrator Expert certificate
  • Microsoft 365 Certified : Modern Desktop Administrator certificate
  • Knowledge about Mobility Device Management (MDM) Solutions (Intune / Citrix XenMobile / Citrix Endpoint Management / VMware Airwatch) will be advantageous.

    What will you do?

    Role is located in the Architecture Capability Team within Cloud Infrastructure Services business unit. The team responsibilities involve the architecture and design consulting work related to Cloud and Edge Service Management tools ecosystem, related integrations and automation.

    Successful applicants will be able to work within Capgemini Architects team and with Capgemini clients across the globe on the Workplace technologies.

    Main accountabilities

    Architect plays an important role in the project team and is responsible for the overall design of the solutions and mapping client business requirements to technical requirements, using Capgemini standards and industry best-practices.

    As an Architect, you will be involved in all aspects of design and implementations of the End User and Workplace solutions primarily based on Microsoft technologies.

    This is a client facing, Architecture & Consulting role which requires excellent presentation and communication skills as well as outstanding technical capabilities.

    Successful candidate will :

  • Take part in the Capgemini Service Portfolio development using best in class technologies
  • Design solutions based on Microsoft Endpoint Manager (SCCM / Intune / Autopilot / Desktop Analytics / Azure Active Directory / ATP)
  • Provide input to bids and assist in presenting proposals to potential clients
  • Provide top level infrastructure consultancy services to our clients
  • Provide input to and / or create specialist points of view for the market and where appropriate present at industry events
  • Bring thought leadership and innovative solution ideas to existing clients and bids
