Support IT Infrastructure Delivery organization to deliver business value through changes and well-maintained platforms by performing quality service engineering, governance, and guidance activities in a dynamic global IT Operations environment.
Lead Service engineering : Architect, document and coordinate technology design, and configuration for service updates / additions as part of change management discipline (fit4purpose, including technical integrations, automation, in liaison with IT, business and vendor stakeholders)
Validate, evaluate and technical sign-off of technical changes in capabilities and solutions proposed by external partners
Oversee and guide deployment of cloud-based solutions in IT Landscape (including PoC, PoV and TTO together with L2)
Oversee and guide platform maintenance and monitoring activities by RUN team
Serve as L3 SME for technical operations, incident, and problem resolution in cloud domain (including error search & remediation)
Perform complex configuration changes (simpler done by L2)
Drive automation of repetitive tasks
Knowledge management : ensure operational procedures, technical designs / standards and configuration knowledge is documented and maintained
Manage optimal availability, cost, and capacity of cloud platform
Azure Solution Architect Certification, additional Azure DevOps Certification is plus
Project Management Certification a plus
BSc in IT or equivalent, MSc preferred
Adept in PowerShell scripting
At least 8 years in relevant Architecture role in global IT Infrastructure environment, actively working with Azure Cloud Technology (at least 3 years of demonstrable working experience)
3+ years of BU or BU-facing experience, with sensitivity and commitment to business problem solving
GxP-regulated industry experience is an asset
Demonstrated capability to technically lead, break down & plan work of team, forecast effort, anticipate problems and implement adequate solutions
