  • Your Responsibilities :

    The successful candidate will be responsible for :

  • Leadership
  • Plan, manage, control and implement service life cycle to business requirements
  • Requests architectural consultancy and approval from PISCEU architecture team
  • Budget and Cost control
  • Report financial and consumption deviations on monthly basis including taking actions in case of negative gaps
  • Define, measure, control and report correct figures for charging in alignment with the PISCEU finance team
  • Service Planning
  • Ensure the Service Planning process is followed for new services major changes in existing services
  • Maintain, update and present the service roadmap on a quarterly basis
  • Project Execution
  • Provide subject matter expertise including required sourcing measurements into projects (PPM & SVC Mgmt) and non-standard service requests
  • Actively stay informed about the status of running projects impacting of owned services
  • Pro-actively update change requests status and project status including time booking on projects on weekly basis
  • Pro-actively report required adjustments for capacity for project to line manager
  • Service Operation
  • Ensure stable operation of responsible services in active cooperation with the external service providers and other PISCEU Service Management teams.
  • Works daily with visible progress (documented in ticket system) on service responsible incidents, service requests, problems and changes following PISCEU processes
  • Pro actively identifies and implements service improvements according to input from PISCEU KAMs and customer feedback
  • Manage escalations and complaints and perform counter measures related to the Services
  • Ensures / prepares a complete, correct and up to date service documentation (EPIC, service catalog and technical documentation)
  • Report issues, problems, risk, escalations and required decisions on a weekly basis to the respective line manager
  • Supplier / Partner Management
  • Control and collaborate with the Service providers / partners on a day to day level and ensure that SLAs / SLOs are met
  • Escalation management according to escalation path in the respective contracts
  • Compliancy & Security
  • Ensure the service compliance according to Panasonic regulations in consultation with PISCEU Governance and Compliance team
  • Support the PISCEU Governance & Security team in SOX and ISO audits for IT controls
  • What we are looking for :

  • Good knowledge in DC operations and provider management
  • Good technical basic infrastructure understanding in the field of server operating systems (Windows and Linux), databases (Microsoft SQL and MySQL) and nework
  • Self-employment and analytical thinking
  • Strong team and service orientation
  • Good communication skills
  • Microsoft or VMware certificate
  • MS office Work, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Fluent English
