The Role

  • The Revenue Accountant (RA) is responsible for the timely and accurately booking of revenues and Costs for the bundle deals (including Hardware, Software and services of all types) and Professional Services standalone projects, by verifying relevant information - documentation received from the Deal Support team;
  • ensuring compliance to the company processes and policies (incl. IFRS 15, J-SOX). This is followed by the monthly revenue report preparation and product gross margin reconciliation per country / entity.


  • Automated transactions verification
  • Manual journal voucher preparation - booking
  • Reconciling all the revenue and cogs related Balance Sheets accounts within the agreed deadlines
  • Miscellaneous queries' resolution
  • Ad hoc reporting
  • Active support of other HV projects
  • Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in the GFSS area (preferably Order to cash / revenue, General Ledger, inventories, controlling)
  • Understanding and application of IFRS 15
  • An understanding of Financial Instruments and Exchange Act (J-SOX)
  • Advanced Knowledge of Excel and Oracle, numerical ability to a high standard
  • Ability to organize, process and manage a large volume of transactions and documentation
  • Experience of working directly with multiple countries and cultures in a GFSS capacity,Fluent English
  • Professional, self-motivated and results oriented
  • Excellent time- management,
  • Ability to solve problems independently and knows when to escalate
  • Builds relationships by delivering quality service
  • Seeks feedback from peers and customers and demonstrates the ability to continuously learn, develop and improve processes
  • Attention to detail yet able to see the big picture
  • RevPro experience (IFRS 15)
