Job Description

We are looking for brilliant people to join and help us expand our technology team based in Szczecin. If you are passionate about both programming and data, and think you have the skills to help build and lead a team - then you have come to the right place!

You will cooperate with multiple international teams across our organisation, designing and deploying solutions that will empower our people to unlock new markets across the ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities will include

Design and implement software solutions of moderate complexity for internal company purposes.

Integrate with major online platforms and services as well as developing tools used internally

Support data requirements for different initiatives

Work closely with Product, Technology, Marketing and BI teams

Grow and mentor a team


  • Proficiency in Javascript / ECMAScript
  • Experience in Python / PHP would be advantageous

    Experience developing REST

    Experience with SQL Databases (Querying, Design)

    Problem solving capabilities

    Positive and collaborative attitude

    Willingness to work inside a team

    Curiosity and passion for continuous improvement

    Knowledge of English

    Previous experience leading a team would be advantageous

    At least 5 years work experience in a related field is preferable

    Candidates will be asked to attend a technical interview with one of the senior developers - 1 hour talk about technical stuff, experiences and analyzing possible production scenarios
