Responsibilities
Serve as the Compute & Employee Foundation organization subject matter expert for key processes across HERE’s application portfolio.
Solution architecture design
Perform fit / gap on current technology and provide solution design
Business process analysis, design, and optimization
Business relationship management with key stakeholders
Ensure alignment to overall enterprise architecture
Track and report on metrics and SLAs
Manage priorities, projects, timelines, and budgets
Status reporting to management
Manage projects and provide direction to outsourced development and support resources
Goal setting, priority setting and performance management
Relationship management with key suppliers
Identify, analyze and select new software applications
Assist with resolution of high priority issues and escalations
Maintain communication channels with key business stakeholders, outsourced resources and partners within the HERE organization
The role can be done in Poland and Czech Republic both from our offices or Home Office
Who are you?
An experienced, motivated team player who has 7-10+ years of experience in global organizations implementing, managing, and deploying enterprise grade software applications in some the following areas : Developer tools such as Atlassian JIRA, Splunk, Catchpoint, and GitlabIntegration and data quality tools such as Informatica, and MulesoftBusiness Applications such as ServiceNow, Oracle Apps Cloud, and Workday
Experience with all phases of the SDLC utilizing Agile methodologies and key phases such as analysis, design, support, and optimization
Business relationship management skills and experience working with key stakeholders to identify priorities, assess project scope and manage demand
Ability to Architect innovative solutions to meet project requirements
Excellent written and oral communication with key business stakeholders at various levels of the organization as well as with outsourced development and support resources
7-10 Years of experience managing projects, direct reports and outsourced resources
Strong project management skills
Prior consulting experience a plus
