Supporting product and license sales with benefit oriented, feature specific demonstrations that promote Bentley solutions for Building and BIM in close collaboration with our sales and technical teams;
articulating technology and product positioning to both business and technical users.
Assisting in the sales cycle from start to close of an opportunity
Collaborating on local software requirements and standards development
Provision of trainings and consultancy services as per project offerings, and assist with development of project and services offerings
Supporting our users in making the most of their Bentley solutions portfolio, advising on workflows and processes, and implementing solutions.
Participating in our User Advancement program by maintaining close contact with local users and giving relevant feedback both on software and sales requirements
Assisting with reseller technical development within the region, presenting workshops and seminars as required.
Assisting in enhancing product quality working closely with product development groups based on user input.
Maintain awareness of relevant industry trends, best practices and government regulations.
Actively participate in relevant industry conferences and trade shows and be recognized as an industry leader.
Skills and Qualifications :
Building / Construction Engineering degree, or IT degree or equivalent
3+ Years relevant industry experience, incl. knowledge of BIM workflows and processes
Experience with 3D BIM software is a must, experience with Bentley Software preferred; ability to learn and effectively demonstrate the Bentley Software suite of software product line.
Excellent written and oral communication as well as strong people skills including managing client meetings and outcome critical discussions, with the ability to explain complex issues and solutions to audiences of different levels of knowledge and seniority
Outgoing and extrovert personality with strong team working and interpersonal skills, ability to build and maintain relationships internally and externally
Strong problem solving and organizational skills with the drive & commitment to own and deliver outstanding work
Able to adjust to changing work and project locations and situations
Fluency in English, Polish, and another European language, oral and written; additional languages as a plus
Able to travel min. 50% of the time (after the pandemic)
