Due to constant development, currently, we are seeking Individuals with a passion for science, having knowledge and experience in the field of chemistry or biology, open for a variety of experiences in the position of Business Development Manager.
As a Business Development Manager, you'll play a vital role in identifying areas of growth, and aligning our scientific offerings with the current trends in drug discovery and development.
You will be responsible for promoting the company’s portfolio of drug discovery services to secure new accounts and to grow existing accounts at pharmaceutical, biotechnology and agrochemical companies based on entrusted territory.
You'll be working in a friendly and collaborative environment created by open-minded people, always ready for new challenges that new projects can bring, with an everyday opportunity to exchange knowledge with experienced members of the team.
Identification and classification of new prospects and business collaboration opportunities with pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies operating in the pre-clinical space
Establishing cooperation with potential clients and providing customer service activities with current ones
Achieving a sales target
Presenting the company's research and development offer
Negotiations of contracts in the substantive, legal and financial dimension
Cooperation in managing the product and service portfolio of the company
Business trips with a focus on obtaining new business contacts and strengthening current relationships with clients
MSc / BSc in Life Sciences (Ph.D. would be an asset)
Bench level chemistry or biology experience would be an asset
Experience in business development / saleswould be an asset
Strong focus on target achievement
Excellent English skills (C1 as minimum)
Travel enthusiastic approach
Skills and experience in client relationship or customer service activities
Excellent communication, marketing and presentation skills
Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, responsibility and a positive attitude
