Use BI tool (such as Microsoft Power BI, Google Data Studio or other) to develop dashboards, graphs, and charts required by internal and external clients;
Turn e-commerce data, complex business concepts into easy to understand tools for communication using technology;
Build scenarios, user flows, wireframes, and working prototypes that clearly communicate insight intent to everyone;
Search and propose new eCommerce solutions & tools to be used by Data Team to turn data into insights;
Development of reporting standards and templates for internal and external purposes;
Create data reports and modification requests;
Support and guide other employees on data reporting.
Mindset for design systems and consistent, reusable patterns;
Proficient level of Excel;
Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Google Data Studio, Tableau, etc.);
Attentive to details and strong analytical skills;
Good presentation skills;
Advanced level of English;
Knowledge of eCommerce tools will be an asset (Google Analytics, Hotjar, Mouseflow, etc.).
