For our client, companies from the IT industry, we are looking for communicative and open to new experiences Candidates for the position of : Technical Support Specialist with German.
Duties :
solving user problems reported by phone, e-mail or other communication channels
saving and describing incoming notifications in the system and their correct management
co-creating a knowledge base on emerging faults and methods of solving them
cooperation with teams in other locations
Requirements :
fluent knowledge of the German language
communicative English
ease in making contacts with others
willingness to learn and self-improvement
positive attitude
basic computer skills, Windows environment and MS Office
