For our client, an international company from the payments and transactional services industry, we are looking for Customer Delivery Manager PSP to join its SSC located in Warsaw.
On this position you will be responsible for a selected list of PSPs (Payment Service Provider) and you will be a primary point of contact to the PSP(s) regarding overall and day-
to-day service delivery. In addition, you will build and maintain strong client relationships, control that quality services are delivered and prepare detailed reports including management and account performance reports.
You will also solve daily problems and escalations with urgency and determination.
We are looking for candidates with an experience on a similar position (gained preferably in the payments and transactional services industry) and knowledge of International & Communication Technology services.
Fluent English is a must, French is an asset. We are seeking self-motivated candidates with good organizational and communication skills.
