You’ll :

  • Understand the RB Strategy and drivers and ensure that the prioritization and decisions criteria are aligned with the RB Strategy;
  • Identify, manage and resolve conflict between Product & Relationships / Connects to ensure that strategic direction is maintained;
  • Manage and own the demand portfolio across all RB IT Digital change requirements;
  • Formulate and facilitate requests for change through excellent stakeholder management, including status reporting, risk and issue analysis and cost control analysis / forecast review;
  • Provide high quality, change portfolio status reports, assisting with the assimilation of new business opportunities and escalation of risks, including mitigation activities;
  • Collaborate with the Digital PMO Manager in the Digital It Delivery team to understand capacity, available resources, and dependencies;
  • Identify interdependencies and dependencies between change requests in comparison to the existing and forecasted portfolio;
  • Provide oversight of the performance of the portfolio to ensure a balance between business needs with IT Digital delivery capabilities;
  • Support the Product & Relationships / Connects with the tracking and monitoring of the Digital IT budget.
  • You have :

  • Extensive previous experience working in a Portfolio Management or prioritization role in a multinational organization;
  • Understanding of the impact of working in a multinational organization and how to address differences and conflicts when working in a multicultural environment;
  • Understanding of project and change methodologies;
  • Organized and self-managing personality, with the ability to anticipate and understand the interdependencies between different functional areas;
  • Ability to build and maintain strong and effective relationships;
  • Effective time management and organizational skills;
  • Critical thinking and ability to demonstrate a logical approach to problem-solving;
  • Ability to prioritize work and balance competing demands;
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to deal with conflicts and mediate to successful resolution of conflicts;
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and cope with change.
  • Desirable

  • Graduate caliber educational background with proven experience at a portfolio level;
  • Experience of working within the FMCG, Personal Hygiene and Healthcare sector.
