We are looking for Engineering Lead who :
Found passion in software development, and focus on helping your team do great work and improve their skill set
Defines and implements the vision and strategy for people management within Engineering
Continuously raises the engineering bar with experience and passion for software excellence, especially in the eCommerce
Serves and enables the team members to utilize their full potential
Knows how to work with multiple stakeholders : both internal and external with a good balance of technical and business focus,
Feels comfortable with working in a dynamic environment and tackling challenges by setting priorities and communicating them to the team as well as being able to make swift decisions
Has excellent planning skills; you know how to manage activities to achieve specific goals,
Has a very good knowledge of English (at least B2 is a must).
Has experience in eCommerce technology stacks
Your responsibilities will include :
Setting the engineering strategy for the technology portfolio - you will be responsible for the direction we are going in
Driving engineering methodologies and tools by establishing best practices and ensuring quality for our clients
Mentoring and coaching direct reports in a group of projects, e.g recommending techniques, approaches, and insights which are going to help them succeed in their roles
Staying up to date with milestones, budgets, and project challenges,
Ensuring that we build the things right and use our technologies efficiently, secure and profitable
Representing the technological agenda in the management team and executive meetings
Providing technical leadership at the enterprise level and serving an integral role in operations and business development
Maintaining relationships with key stakeholders on the client’s side,
Balancing the needs of both the client and team to achieve the best results.
Discovering new trends in eCommerce technology and adapting them with the team
