HR Technology Project Manager
Job Description : Responsibilities :
Leads a complex HRIS project consisting of multiple, overlapping elements related to EMEA Applications to Retire Program .
Analyzes and identifies various, existing systems and work towards standardization to one global tool .
Leads project calls, assigns work and manages project to timeline and outcomes.
Leads stakeholder management sessions and keeps various management abreast of potential issues by maintaining open lines of communication.
Creation of project related process documents.
Requires in-depth Project Management knowledge and around 8 years of related experience.
Experience in the area of application development or integration.
Any exposure to the following fields would be a plus : HR, Payroll, Workday.
Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions
Works independently; receives minimal guidance
Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience
Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products / services or processes
Following certificates are nice to have : Green Belt, PMP.
