Your new role

Support Engineer provides support & management for all current, existing legacy and future Microsoft applications and services.

This role provides third line support for complex problems. More importantly you will be responsible for the following :

  • Client device management
  • Remote EUC third line support
  • Microsoft 365 support
  • Core software image build, management and distribution
  • OS & application patching (test & release)
  • Application packaging & distribution
  • Mobile device management
  • What you'll need to succeed

    In order to be successful in this position you need to have minimum of 3 years of experience working in an IT customer service role, ideally within a Contact Centre environment, fluent English as well and excellent communication skills.

    We are looking for a Candidate with good knowledge of ITIL Service Delivery Processes (preferably with formal certification), customer-first mentality, service skills and ability to effectively present to an audience and convey required concepts.
