Reporting to the GBS HR Performance Manager, this role will be responsible to implement the HR Performance framework and identify and take lead on opportunities for continuous improvement to ensure high quality of service delivery from GBS HR.
The role will provide inputs on effective SLAs, governance and processes within GBS HR with the objective to improve the end user experience and GBS HR’s value proposition.
Supporting the creation and execution of GBS HR performance strategy in alignment with GBS HR Operational Services (especially the Q&I team), and GBS HR Excellence.
Ensuring alignment with overall ABB-OS HR Model across GBS HR to agreed standards and targets and identify opportunities for improvement.
Working with the GBS HR team to develop and maintain the GBS HR Operations governance, tracking effectiveness and identifying challenges and opportunities for improving process delivery.
Working with the GBS HR corporate team and GBS to ensure clear governance / RACI is in place. Reviewing service level agreements and key performance indicators with internal customers (within HR and business), taking corrective action and identifying improvement areas.
Identifying new KPIs to ensure continuous improvement of service delivery.
Ensuring effective partnership between GBS Expert Services and GBS HR Operational Services. Leading the implementation of consistent cross-country processes, policies, and technology to improve service delivery.
Monitoring data integrity in the GBS HR organization and ensuring appropriate governance.
Influencing stakeholders across the company and within vendor organizations to ensure delivery of objectives.
Partnering with GBS HR, HR and business leaders to understand their unique challenges, providing advice to resolve them through existing, new, and / or improved solutions while taking into consideration the different business needs.

6-10 years of experience, including a minimum of 3 years in HR operations management and driving improvement projects with significant international exposure.
Significant experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen and Agile tools and methodologies.
Exposure to automation tools and practices and HRIS knowledge.
Significant experience in cross-functional, international collaboration, with demonstrated intercultural sensitivity.
Strategic mindset with a thorough understanding of business drivers and how best to leverage HR.
Strong analytical thinking and ability to problem solve, strong end-to-end process thinking and experience of managing change projects.
Excellent relationship building and collaboration capabilities with the ability to network with and influence Business and HR leaders globally.
