AP) Junior Accountant with French - 100% remote work

Responsibilities :
Perform day-to-day Supplier collaboration in the area of accounting (telephone, e-mail and written submissions)
Manage financial queries on a day-to-day basis and taking end-to-end ownership for them
Receive queries from suppliers, respond or escalate to the relevant bodies within the company as well as follow-up the cases till the final resolution.
Inform suppliers of the reason for non-payment of invoices
Carry out within a specified period analysis in the context of finding reasons for non-payment of invoices
We are looking for :
Experience in Shared Service organization will be an asset
Fluent French and English, both spoken and written (level B2 as a minimum)
Good knowledge of MS Excel and SAP would be an advantage
Strong analytical skills
Customer focus and team-working skills and a good sense of humor as well
