Your Responsibilities :

  • Various reports creation
  • Pricing activities
  • Re-invoicing and billing activities in SAP ERP
  • Introduction and correction of the customer information in Oracle ERP system.
  • Checking, correcting and updating of the information in delivery documents
  • Provision of the requested information to different people inside the organization on assigned tasks
  • Problem-solving & process improvement activities on assigned tasks
  • Our requirements :

  • Min 1 year experience of working in Customer Service back office, Supply Chain or similar process / role where dealing with the Customers is nice to have
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is a mus t, other languages are seen as an advantage
  • System knowledge skills utilizing Microsoft environments, knowledge of SAP and / or other ERP system is an asset
  • Organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in international environment across cultures
  • Quick learner with competence to resolve queries
