Project Procurement supports Pre-and Post Sales Projects with all Procurement related tasks such as Vendor Selection, Price and and Contract Negotiations and Supplier Management
Coordinates purchasing activities with all functional departments acquiring commodities (goods and services) in a cost effective and timely manner.
Achieves and maintains a technical understanding of commodities purchased. Performs cost analysis and volume planning for major commodities.
Obtains materials, components, equipment and services. Develops new supply sources where vendors and suppliers are inadequate.
Monitors the cost, schedule and scope of assigned subcontractors to assure highest quality at best value.
Minimum 3 years experience in Procurement of complex categories preferably in the IT or Telecoms Industry. Excellent negotiations and communications skills.
Familiar with international contracts and management of an international supply base. Motivated to learn about new technologies.
University grade in Business or related Technologies.
