TE Connectivity's Supply Chain Managers are responsible for the timely, cost-effective procurement, inventory control, planning and quality control of production materials.
They ensure the availability of materials in the supply chain, as scheduled, and the maintenance of inventory at the established levels.
They coordinate and integrate the flow of materials and information among suppliers, manufacturers, distributors and customers, identifying opportunities for improving efficiency, effectiveness and capabilities of the supply chain.
Resources are focused on continuous improvement of the movement of materials through production processes, and the establishment of key performance metrics and benchmarks to monitor actual performance against goals.

Tasks Summary & Responsibilities :
Purchase order Management,
Material Requirement Pplanning exception reports for Finished Goods,
Leads continuous improvement activity, individually and with teams to impact planning KPIs,
For finished goods, perform root causes analysis of late deliveries,
Drive stock fulfilment for preferred and standard parts,
Reduce Past dues, Manage Pull-ins and drive improvement actions,
Review and manage monthly S&OP and MPS with critical supplier,
Elevate supply issues to manager, work for resolution and execute the determined course of action,
Perform with minimal costs of premium freight to ship out finished products to meet customer requirements,
Highlight component delivery issues to Strategic Buyer to ensure components are available to support the delivery schedule,
Manage inventory levels in order to maximize inventory turns for Finished Goods and subcontracting components. Execute Scrap process,
Analysis & maintenance of all planning related reports.
Special Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills
At least 2 years of experience within the area of Material Planning, Production Planning or Procurement or equivalent,
Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical skills, and communication skills,
Good project management skills and ability to multi-task,
Ability to demonstrate strong customer focus and continues improvement attitude,
Ability to form successful working relationships quickly at all levels,
Good knowledge in the use of SAP and Microsoft Office, i.e. Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint,
Fluent in English both written and spoken, local Language is a plus.
