The new T&E platform brings a host of services related to travel under one umbrella. GBS-GTS makes work-and-travel-life more productive for employees, line managers, country management, and ABB leadership.
It empowers us with responsibility and efficiency. Travel procurement, travel operations services, execution model for countries, learning support, customer service helpdesk, and corporate card administration.
This is a true global role, supporting ABB travelers from all over the world, with Travel operation queries via ABB s e- ticketing system ServiceNow.
This role requires good communication skills and you need to feel comfortable interacting with various stakeholders, including external suppliers.
In order to give the right and distinct answer to the traveler, position holder needs the capacity to search for information, combine and summarize among different sources from the ABB Travel knowledge base.
The candidate is expected to work according to pre-defined SOP’s and Knowledge articles with a full ownership of the end to end solutioning to the ABB traveler.
