Financial & Project Accounting Process Responsibilities · Keep supervisor updated on process issues · Investigate processing errors in respective area of responsibility and execute resolution process · Process all bookings (revenue, accruals, orders) for designated division · Perform timely closing of designated divisions · Respond to ad hoc queries from controllers form designated areas in timely manner · Maintain procedures and documentation · Deliver customer service in line with agreed procedures · Implement and maintain internal control procedures · Recognize project revenue in accordance with Group accounting policies and international accounting standards (checking conditions, posting vouchers) .

  • Prepare all necessary bookings, accounting operations, reconciliations, investigations either Financial or Project related · Assist in preparation / Prepare where in scope VAT, Intrastat other Tax Related reports / entries / reconciliations, etc.
  • Produce timely and reliable management information reports (COGS Review and others) on a monthly basis, as per procedure and closing calendar.
  • Prepare Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly Group Reporting Packages as per procedure and closing calendar. · Proactively suggest recommendations and ideas to deliver continuous process improvement · Standardize process across different legal entities · Support the external / internal audit for group accounting policy · Ensure that the internal control processes are executed correctly and timely · Assist, perform and support other tasks and activities assigned by supervisor Relevant Knowledge, skills and competencies · 2 5 years of relevant experience gained in an international environment · ability to demonstrate knowledge of accounting rules (deferred cost, accrued income) · advanced skills in Windows MS Office package · experience in working with an integrated finance software package or ERP system · fluency in English is a must daily cooperation · ability to build good relationship with different stakeholders · good analytical skills · willingness to work in fast changing environment · assertiveness and good organization of work
