  • Working understanding of TA Structures and processes;

  • Manage the end to end project life cycle for TA Strategic projects ensuring that delivery is in accordance with budget, timeline and is of the required quality standards to meet client expectations
  • Manage project deliverables, scope and expectations actively communicates and engages with sponsors, Project Boards, upper management and executives
  • Interfaces independently with all functional and business areas / groups affected by the project, including senior and / or executive management
  • Develop and track to detailed project plans, including schedules, cost estimates, resource plans, communication plans, risk mitigation plans and issue resolution plans
  • Make project decisions and recommendations to management about schedules, prioritization, and resource allocation with input from others as needed
  • Communicate and report status to executives and all other stakeholders e.g., Status Reports, Executive Briefings
  • Employ project management best practice methodologies working within a framework that includes process definition, templates, tools and PMI standards
  • Provide consultation and advisory support to stakeholders to maximise value and impact of TA related solutions, representing and championing the function in all interactions
  • Continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of processes, ensuring an integrated approach is taken that supports overall improvement of the colleague experience
  • Drive engagement, communication and training for Hiring Managers, Colleagues and P&C for related talent products / processes
  • Build capability and drive operational / delivery disciple to ensure projects and workstreams are delivered in line with strategic priorities and the agreed portfolio of work
  • Provide effective leadership to colleagues involved in key projects, communicate the vision and build commitment and energy to focus on key priorities
  • Assess the effectiveness of the team’s governance, oversight and controls and, if necessary, propose / implement changes in these areas
