What you will be doing :
Provides in-depth product support to FIS clients by resolving incoming inquiries.
Resolves customer concerns raised during installation, operation, maintenance or product application or compatibility matters.
Responds to customer product inquiries via telephone or in written internet-based email or chat sessions.
Documents customer information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and product development.
Perform customer service duties and respond to customer requests in accordance with service level agreements
Troubleshoot problems and recommend corrective procedures; assist with troubleshooting circuit equipment
What you bring :
Knowledge in programming, business analysis or implementation of software products
Minimum of 3 plus years’ experience with the maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting of various technology environments
Comprehensive understanding of operating platforms, connectivity, security, and information management
Experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMware, Citrix and Microsoft,
Extremely comfortable working with computers and a variety of applications (MS Office, Excel in particular VBA, C# or C++ programming, MS SQL , Python, power-shell)
Good communication skills in English are required
Prophet knowledge and related tools as well actuarial license would be a strong asset
